Bearing in mind the heart that Jesus clearly has towards the poor, the YBC volunteered time this week at Dallas Life...the largest homeless shelter in North Texas. The mission of Dallas Life (located in downtown Dallas) is to "reach out to homeless men, women, and children with food, clothing, shelter, education and long-term rehabilitation programs founded on spiritual principles and the teachings of Jesus Christ." The Young BUCKS had the privilege this week of helping to prepare food, serving meals to residents, and then doing a bit of clean-up after lunch was served.

"When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the angels with Him, He will sit on His glorious throne. All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates his sheep from the goats. "Then the righteous will answer Him, 'Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?'
